We know you have many choices when it comes to choosing a supplier. We also know the way you're treated is a large factor in your decision. We are 100% committed to serving you and giving you the best service that exists. To this end, we created a cutting edge website that allows you to do everything online. On our website you can order, track order status, create virtual samples and e-flyers, choose a logo from our art gallery, etc. However, we also know many people still like doing business the old fashioned way. That is, dealing with live people who know who you are, people who enjoy doing business with you and aren't annoyed when you call. When you call us you will think you are talking to a friend or a family member (a family member you like of course). Our goal is to get to know you and build a mutually profitable relationship that will last a long, long time. This is how business used to be done. We know many people wish it were still done this way; we are among those people. Therefore, this is how business is done at A1 Pen Company. We look forward to meeting you!

Product: We are extremely proud of each and every one of our pens. Below are a few analogies to illustrate why.

When someone goes to IN-N-OUT Burger they know what they want. IN-N-OUT's menu is very limited, simple, and to the point (although there is enough variation to satisfy most people). Because their menu is small, they can really focus on ensuring
the quality of their few items. If you want a great burger, fries, and a drink, IN-N-OUT is hard to beat. Other burger places have menus that are far more complex and/or redundant, yet IN-N-OUT still outdoes them on a regular basis. If you need sushi, steak, tacos or caviar - then obviously you won't go to IN-N-OUT. A1 Pen is the IN-N-OUT of pens. If you need great quality plastic pens, with great quality imprints, then we are hard to beat. Our "menu" varies enough to satisfy most people's needs. If you need different types of pens, maybe metal pens, 10" giant pens, pens that turn into a light sabers, etc. - then obviously you won't come to A1 Pen. But for the more common need of great quality plastic pens, then A1 Pen is the place to come. Try us and we'll prove it to you!

When companies choose to advertise with a car wrap, they choose a quality car that's neither too expensive nor too cheap. A Ferrari Testarossa costs too much (the R.O.I. isn't justifiable) and is unnecessarily extravagant for this type of basic freeway advertising.
Too much emphasis would be on the car instead of the wrap (which has the company info imprinted on it). An old three cylinder Geo Metro is too cheap and unreliable. It will brake down and it's embarrassing to represent a company on a car this cheap. It gives a message that says "we sacrifice quality to do something as cheaply as possible, but still do business with us, okay?" The initial money saved by using this cheap car will be more than lost by the damage to the company's image. An example of a good wrap car is a Ford Focus. It's nice and reliable, but not overly expensive or cheap. Wise companies want inexpensive, but not cheap. A1 Pen is the Ford Focus of pens. We don't carry Ferrari Testarossa pens or Geo Metro pens, that's not our focus (pun intended). We worked extremely hard to bring you pens that are the perfect balance in overall value.

When companies put their names on billboards, it is not uncommon for them to pay well over $10,000 a month. Typically speaking, people will pass the billboard once a day at best (e.g. on their way to work each morning). With your company info imprinted on a pen,
people will see it a lot more than that. Throughout each day, the pen will be on someone's desk, in their car, by the phone, in their pocket, etc. What's more, a billboard is in one place, so the people who pass that one location at that one time are the only ones who can see it. With pens, you are getting hundreds or thousands of mini billboards (imprinted pens) that can be given out in multiple areas. And of course, the pen option is far less inexpensive than the billboard option. However, we realize this is only true if people actually use the pens you pass out. Because of this fact, we made sure all the pens we carry are pens that people will actually use. When we selected our pen line, we insisted on every detail being perfect - the look, feel, quality, color, etc. We chose pens that are proven designs in the real world, and not just proven designs, but the good quality versions of those proven designs (there are cheap versions of these designs, trust us on that). For example, you will never find a "made in China" sticker stuck on each one of our pens (which is all too common). You'll also never find the "made in China" phrase stamped in the plastic either (also all too common). We have the best versions of the best designs. When you pass out our pens people will use them, it's that simple.

The above analogies may be a little on the silly side, however they do convey our philosophy on how important a good product is. The bottom line is we are 100% invested into your satisfaction with A1 Pen Company. Our success is intrinsically bound to your success. It is only when you succeed in using our pens that we succeed. So you can be assured, we are totally dedicated to your complete satisfaction with every single aspect of our company. That is our pledge to you.
